In Person Services

Initial Meet and Greet I love to meet in person! Because you are a real person to me. I get completely invested in my clients and my initial meet and greet allows me to build that rapport that is so important.
Doctor Visits I can accompany you to your doctor visits. I will bring with me all your medical history, my review notes, your goals and make sure you get the care you deserve and your voice is heard.
Outpatient Medical Procedures Whether it's a chemo treatment or biopsy, I can accompany you for support. As a RN I can also review your procedures and your chart in real time, making sure your care is appropriate and beneficial.
InPatient Medical Procedures I can be with you as long as you need. I can visit daily, I can sign you in and out, I can even stay the night. As a RN, that has worked in many different settings, I have vast knowledge of the healthcare system and of the errors that occur during inpatient procedures. I will safeguard your health.
InHome Setup After Hospitalization I can come to your home and arrange everything you need after a hospitalization, procedure or any change in condition that requires at home modifications.
InHome Visits I can come to your home and verify your home safety, setup medications and oversee inhome treatments.

Virtual Services

Chart Review As a former MedStar and current Johns Hopkins Certified Clinical Documentation Specialists, I can review your records and identify potential errors or gaps in your treatments. I will complete a full analysis of your chart and provide recommendations where needed.
Coordination of Care Many of my clients have multiple service providers, this lead to medical errors. I verify each medical provider has all the information and review the treatments to make sure everyone is on the same page.
Family Communication When a family member is sick, it's often hard to understand what is going on and how you can help. I can communicate with family and facilitate whatever is needed for my client to get what they need.
Arrange InHome Services Whether coming home from a hospitalization, treatment center or just a change in condition, I can make sure you have everything you need.
Medication Management Medication errors happen, and I can help prevent that. I can review all medications from the physician order to the pharmacy delivery. I will verify you are getting the proper dosage and medication according to your physician order.
Virtual Zoom Meetings I'm excited to be able to collaborate through face to face ZOOM calls. We can review your charts, discuss treatments, review medications, nearly anything you need.
